What's included in a Premium Wash & Wax

This service gives your boat a noticeable upgrade in appearance and protection in one visit. We focus on the surfaces that take the most abuse from sun, salt, and daily use.

Deep exterior wash

  • Hull and topside washed from the waterline up
  • Salt, dirt, grime, bird droppings, and light spots removed
  • Non-skid areas carefully cleaned
  • Gutter tracks and accessible hatch gutters rinsed
  • Windows and trim washed and dried

Hand-applied wax protection

  • Smooth gelcoat on hull and topside waxed
  • UV protection and improved water beading
  • Helps slow light oxidation and staining
  • Boosts gloss and keeps color looking richer
  • Ideal before seasonal use, guests, or listing photos

What this service does and doesn't do

This is a maintenance-level wash and wax for boats in decent condition that want cleaning + protection (not heavy correction).

It does not include heavy oxidation removal, multi-stage compounding, sanding, or major restoration. If your gelcoat is chalky, badly faded, or rough, you'll get better results with Oxidation Removal / Gelcoat Restoration first, then protect it with wax or ceramic.

Premium wash & wax FAQ

Quick answers to common questions boat owners ask before booking a wash & wax service.

How long does a premium wash & wax take?

Timing depends on boat size, layout, and condition. Many boats take several hours. We’ll confirm a realistic timeframe after reviewing photos or seeing the boat.

Does this remove oxidation?

Light haze may improve, but heavy oxidation needs compounding/polishing. If your gelcoat is chalky or faded, we recommend oxidation removal or polishing first, then wax or ceramic protection.

How often should I wax my boat in Florida?

Many owners do a wash & wax every 3–4 months, and more often for dark hull colors or uncovered storage due to Florida sun and salt exposure.

Do you come to marinas and docks?

Yes. We’re fully mobile and can work dockside at marinas, lifts, and storage locations across Daytona Beach, Volusia County, and nearby areas.
